Good questions.
Is this allowed?
Yes. Online stores publish their product list for every visitor; your browser loads the same list when you shop there. We read only that public list, respect each store's robots.txt, and never log in, buy anything or contact your rivals.
Which stores can you watch?
Shopify stores, which is most independent online shops. Use the peek above to see if a store works. If a rival runs on something else, tell us in the form and we'll check.
Do you need access to my store?
No. We never need a password, an app install or any access to your store.
Will my rivals know?
No. We read their public product list the same way a shopper's browser does.
Can I change which stores you watch?
Anytime: reply to any report and tell us.
How do I cancel?
Through the link in your Stripe receipt, or reply to any email. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.
